Our Firm

RBHM Commercial Lawyers is a commercial law firm located in North Sydney.  The firm was established in 1999 when Tony McMinn joined forces with the firm then known as Robinson Beale and Horton, a firm which in turn commenced when Craig Robinson and David Beale merged their practice with Michael Horton in 1995.

Our clients include companies and businesses from small to large as well as numerous private individuals.  We like to get to know our clients personally and to fully understand their businesses and aims.  We hope to foster long standing mutually beneficial relationships with our clients.  We aim to deliver fast, effective, competent legal services in a cost effective and down to earth manner.  We deliver our advice in understandable plain English and avoid legalese and ambiguity.

Most of our lawyers are accredited specialists and/or have masters’ degrees.  All have had city firm experience but prefer working in the more personal environment of a smaller firm.  Over the years we have developed excellent relationships with barristers experienced in most areas of law.  We also have good relationships with numerous tax, accounting, merchant banking and legal specialists and can bring them into transactions when needed. 

We have proven expertise in the areas of business and commercial, property, employment, litigation and dispute resolution, insolvency and private client services.
