Karina joined RBHM Commercial Lawyers in August 2005 as a law clerk. She has since graduated from the University of New South Wales with Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degrees and was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in July 2006. Karina is also entitled to practice in the federal courts of Australia.
Prior to joining RBHM, Karina worked for a sole practitioner and as a volunteer student law clerk at the Kingsford Legal Centre.
Karina practices mainly in the areas of commercial law and commercial disputes. She assists in advisory, especially in the areas of employment, corporate, wills and estates and intellectual property. Karina has also been involved in various litigious matters, from basic debt recovery to complex insolvency matters.
Karina has acted for both landlords and tenants in all manners of leasing transactions and is able to offer practical advice. She is also able to take on conveyancing, whether of property or business, when required.
Karina enjoys the challenges of advocacy and has appeared in several courts on both civil and criminal matters.
In her spare time Karina enjoys playing badminton and making desserts.
Karina can also speak Cantonese.
