Monica joined RBHM Commercial Lawyers in 1997 as an experienced para-legal.
Monica has in excess of 25 years experience as a Legal Secretary encompassing a wide section of areas of the legal profession. Monica’s experience has been gained by working for small, medium and large legal firms in Sydney.
Monica is involved in property transactions, including drafting contracts, negotiations, mortgages and refinances and has extensive experience in mortgage settlement procedures. She has ability to handle client needs directly whilst recognising questions which require reference to a partner.
Monica also assists with preparation of Powers of Attorney and administration of deceased estates.
